If you need to find a missing
witness or if you need to serve
papers on a missing defendant, we can
help.
We also locate missing or hiding
parents who are trying to dodge
child support payments. Once
located, we will serve them the
court papers to make sure that they
are once again required to fulfill
their parental obligations.
We can have our investigators trail
defendants that have uncollected
judgments against them. Once
found, we can help identify where
they work and what assets are
available for a garnishment to
assist in recovery of the judgment.
Our locate services can also be used
for missing family members that are
needed to complete the equitable
distribution of inheritances or
familial assets.
Skip tracing is available to locate
defendants who have skipped out on
bail or otherwise dodged court
proceedings.
The first step is to get a Service Agreement from you along with a
retainer. The retainer for a
"Locate/Skiptrace" investigation is
$600. We set that price
because in most cases the final
charge is in the range of $300 -
$600. If we do not use all of
the retainer, the funds are returned
to you at the conclusion of the
investigation.
The minimum
charge for any investigation (even
if cancelled) is $125. That fee covers our costs of
Case Initiation: processing
the paperwork, assigning case
numbers, assigning an investigator,
performing the initial interview to
collect information, performing a
preliminary investigation to
determine the best methods of
approach, developing the
investigative plan, and then getting
your final approval on the
anticipated plan of action. If
you do not cancel, the Case Initiation
fee is waived and applied directly
to the steps of your investigation.
A list of the anticipated steps and
the cost for each may look like
this:
1. Perform an investigative database analysis nationwide
($50.00)
2. Check the possible residences uncovered for the subject
($150)
3. Perform an employment search ($300)
4. Confirm the job location for the subject ($150)
5. Covertly interview relatives and friends ($200)
6. etc.
We inform you of the results of each
step and you can stop and request a
refund of the remaining retainer at
any time.
We have many ways to approach this type of investigation for
varying costs. Once we have
all the information for your case,
we will develop the best plan of
action and
obtain your approval prior to
proceeding.
